Water column methane measurements from the continental margin offshore Washington State, USA

Abstract:
This dataset includes methane concentrations in seawater collected at seep sites emitting bubble plumes. Samples were collected with a niskin bottle rosette (CTD) during the Atlantis expedition AT26-04 (Cruise DOI: 10.7284/900417). The samples were collected to characterize methane distributions above the active seep sites.
