Abstract:
This dataset provides in situ laser ablation multicollector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-MC-ICPMS) elemental and Sr-Nd isotopic analyses on apatite grains separated from diorite and granodiorite porphyry which were collected from Baogutu porphyry Cu deposit, Western Junggar, China. In addition, it also contains thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) Sr-Nd isotopic analysis of these whole rocks and vein-type epistilbite, zircon (U-Th)/He thermochronology on altered diorite crosscut by vein-type epistilbite, and microthermometry measurements on epistilbite-calcite vein from this deposit.
