Ultrahigh resolution FTICRMS data, including peak mass and assigned formulas, for dissolved organic matter samples collected from the Altamaha, Mississippi, Yukon, Columbia, and St. Lawrence Rivers that were then incubated with bacteria from the Altamaha, Mississippi, Columbia, and St. Lawrence Rivers .
