Major and trace element analyses of serpentinites from northern Apennine ophiolite, Italy

Creator(s):

Abstract:
This data set presents Major and trace element analyses of fault rocks in serpentinitized peridotite and analyses of associated host serpentinites in Jurassic ophiolite in the northern Apennines, Italy. The fault rocks are altered to talc at depth, and are carbonated near the paleo seafloor. Carbonated serpentinite breccias are also present at the paleo seafloor.
