Dataset reports (1) Mineral major-element, trace-element and Rb-Sr isotopic compositions, obtained in situ by electron microprobe, laser ablation (LA) inductively-coupled mass spectrometry (ICPMS) and LA multicollector (MC) ICPMS, respectively; (2) Sm-Nd isotope compositions of clinopyroxene separates obtained by isotope dilution MC ICPMS; (3) O isotope compositions obtained by ICPMS. All data acquired at Goethe-Univeristät Frankfurt for the purpose of characterising eclogite and pyroxenite xenoliths from various kimberlites.
