Abstract:
This dataset includes Carbon Preference Index (CPI), Uk'37, and alkenone concentrations for samples in cores collected between 50 - 500 m depth in site U1518 and between 5 - 500 m in the site U1520. These were collected to examine thermal maturity across the Papaku fault (U1518) and compare fault samples to input sediments to the Hikurangi Subduction Zone to explore evidence of coseismic slip.
