Nutrient concentrations (Winter, Summer, Fall sediment core incubations)
Abstract:
Bottom water and porewater dissolved phosphate, ammonium, nitrate, nitrite and silica concentration in winter, summer and fall treatment incubation cores collected from a peat bog in Karrendorfer Wiesen, Germany. Also included are the polyphosphate concentration, dissolved and sediment elemental concentration from the winter treatment. The aim of this data was to understand the influence of polyphosphate-accumulating organisms on the P flux at the sediment-water interface.
