Abstract:
This dataset presents new geochemical (major oxide, trace element, and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic) of MORB glasses from the Central Indian Ridge segments between 12°S and 17°S. A series of submarine pillow basalts were collected by dredging during the expedition by R/V ISABU in 2019 along the CIR (between 14°S and 17°S). In addition to these nine new samples, twenty-four samples of fresh basaltic glasses from segments between 12°S and 16°S (from previous cruises of the R/V Onnuri, part of the KODOS program), which part of them have not been analyzed for Sr, Nd, and Pb, were selected for further analysis.
