Sr isotope ratios of Mn nodules collected around Minamitorishima Island, western North Pacific Ocean

We measured Sr isotope ratios of Mn nodule samples collected in the pelagic area around Minamitorishima Island, the western North Pacific Ocean, as the representative data of Mn-oxides, which is an endmember component in the deep-sea sediments. The Mn nodules were collected by the submersible SHINKAI 6500 during dives 6K#1463 and 6K#1465 of YK16-01 cruise by R/V Yokosuka, in 2016. The Mn nodules in this area consist of three layers, L0, L1, and L2, which were identified by Machida et al. (2016, Geochemical Journal). For this dataset, we subsampled from five points in 6K#1463 N2-007 (one subsample from L0, two from L1, and two from L2) and from three points in 6K#1465 N4-003 (one subsample each from L0, L1, and L2).
