Abstract:
Titanite trace-element data collected via laser-ablation ICP-MS in two standard-thickness, polished thin sections. The trace-element data were collected to link titanite U-Pb dates to the conditions (temperature, fluid content and composition) of ductile deformation in two m-scale, Cretaceous shear zones. These are included in this submission as supplementary files. The samples are from the Cottonwood Pass area of Joshua Tree National Park in the Eastern Transverse Ranges.
