Abstract:
We measured clumped isotopes on benthic foraminifera to reconstruct the bottom water temperature at Site 1168, from the mid to late Miocene. Clumped isotope measurements were performed using Thermo Scientific MAT 253 and 253 Plus mass spectrometers at the GeoLab of Utrecht University.
