Abstract:
This dataset present major and trace elements for olivine and their Cr-spinel inclusions, olivine He and O isotope data and major and trace elements of bulk rocks from Quaternary volcanic rocks from the Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt. Olivines were analyzed by EMPA with a beam current of 100nA (the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) in New York, U.S.A., and at the Institute for Earth Sciences at Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan) and 900nA at the ISTerre, Université Grenoble/France). Olivine He isotope data were obtained at the Scottish Universities Environmental Research Centre (SUERC), East Kilbride, UK. Olivine O isotope data were obtained at the Stable Isotope Laboratory at the University of Oregon, U.S.A. Major element oxides of bulk rock were obtained by X-ray fluorescence analysis in the Peter Hooper GeoAnalytical Laboratory of Washington State University in Pullman, WA, U.S.A. Bulk rock trace element data were obtained by ICP-MS methods at the Centro de Geociencias (CGEO), Juriquilla/Qro., Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Mexico
