Geochemical data of detrital zircons in Western Tianshan
Abstract:
This dataset includes locations and descriptions of sandstone-siltstones, as well as U–Pb ages, trace elements, and Hf isotopes of detrital zircons from the Western Tianshan. Zircon U–Pb and trace element analyses were performed by using LA–ICPMS at the State Key Laboratory of Continental Dynamics, Northwest University. Zircon Lu–Hf analyses were conducted on a Neptune plasma multi-collector ICP–MS equipped with an ArF excimer laser ablation system, at the Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GIG CAS).
