Abstract:
Data for Mauna Loa (Island of Hawai‘i) 2022 eruption includes: methods metadata, electron probe microanalysis of glass and olivine compositions with associated secondary standards, electron backscatter diffraction data for olivine and pyroxene crystals, diffusion modeling timescales, raman spectroscopy fluid inclusion data, fluid inclusion re-equilibration simulation results, syn-eruptive multi-GAS data, bibliography summary of historically active volcanoes and diffusion studies on them, and individual mineral core-to-rim profiles with modeling inputs and outputs.
