Abstract:
The data obtained from the EPMA analysis of the major minerals that make up the Mashhad komatiites. In these komatiites, the ultramafic portions contain olivine with different morphologies, which set in a matrix of clinopyroxene and accessory chromian spinel and plagioclase. The mafic sections predominantly consist of clinopyroxene and plagioclase.
