Major and trace elements of constituent minerals in peridotites of the Kempirsai ophiolite

Creator(s):
Liu, Xia
Abstract:
Major elements of minerals were determined by wavelength-dispersive spectrometry using a JEOL JXA8200 electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) at the Department of Applicated Geosciences and Geophysics, Montanuniversität Leoben and CAMECA SX100, located at the Institute of Mineralogy, Leibniz Universität Hannover. Trace elements of clinopyroxene and amphibole were performed using an ESI NWR213 Nd:YAG laser ablation system coupled to an Agilent 8800 triple quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), at the Department of Applied Geosciences and Geophysics, Montanuniversität Leoben, Austria.
