Clumped isotopes on planktonic foraminiferal calcite from MD96-2048 (Pleistocene)
Abstract:
To constrain Agulhas Current dynamics in time, this project carried out clumped-isotope paleothermometry on 23 samples, measuring planktonic foraminifera (G. ruber) from the Pleistocene (1.25 – 0 Ma) interval of MD96-2048 (Indian Ocean).
