Major, trace, and C-O-Sr-Nd isotope analysis of Zhouzi carbonatites

Abstract:
Four types of carbonatites from Zhouzi have been discovered and divided into two groups. They have respectively undergone fractional crystallization and anti-skarn. Types I, III and IV of carbonatites are calico-carbonatites dominated by calcite. Carbonatite-II is close to magnesio-carbonatite. We tested their main and trace element compositions and C-O-Sr-Nd isotope using EMPA, XRF, ICP-MS, MC-ICP-MS, and EA-CF-IRMS.
