This dataset encompasses the following aspects: (1) The major oxide and trace element compositions of the constituent minerals within the Ranomena chromitites; (2) The geochemistry and geochronology data of zircons derived from the Ranomena chromitites; and (3) The whole - rock platinum group element data of the Ranomena chromitites.
