Geochemistry and geochronology of Jurassic eclogite-hosted adakitic pegmatites in SW Iran

Abstract:
We present new geochemical and geochronological data for Jurassic eclogite-hosted adakitic pegmatites from outcrops along the Zayanderud River in the Neotethys northern margin of southwestern Iran. The dataset includes whole-rock major and trace element compositions, mineral chemistry, Zr-in-rutile and Ti-in-zircon thermometry, SIMS U–Pb zircon and rutile ages, and pseudosection phase equilibria modeling.
