Abstract:
The data accompagnies the research article "Hadean Bridgmanite in the source of a present-day ocean volcano" by Israel et al., under review for Nature. The data set contains combined 143,142Nd data on whole rocks from Fani Maoré and the Eastern flank of Petite Terre (Mayotte). Neodymium isotope measurements were obtained at the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (IPGP) using thermal ionization (TIMS) mass spectrometry. The chemistry protocole and analytical method used for high-precision measurement are thoughouthly described in the analytical development paper Israel et al., 2025, Chemical Geology. The standards which have been measured along with the samples investigated in this study are also reported in Israel et al., 2025, Chemical Geology.
