Abstract:
Guided by reviewer comments, this version (v.2) revises the original dataset by: 1) filtering out zircon U–Pb mixed-age and discordant age domains based on correlated cathodoluminescence (CL) imaging, and 2) adding major and trace element maps and data for two additional garnet grains that preserve clearer primary growth zoning. The updated dataset provides refined in-situ geochemical and geochronological data for garnet, biotite, and plagioclase from the Bengbu uplift in the North China Block, supporting further petrogenetic and tectonic investigations.
