Mineral and melt inclusion data of Socorro and San Benedicto Islands, Revillagigedo Archipelago, East Pacific, Mexico
Abstract:
This dataset includes in situ major- and trace element data on olivine and olivine-hosted spinel and melt inclusions from alkaline lavas from the Revillagigedo Islands, Mexico. The data was collected using EMP and LA-ICPMS. The dataset belongs to the G-cubed paper: Active plume, abandoned ridge, or ancient slab? Olivine-hosted melt inclusions record the mantle melting conditions below the East Pacific Revillagigedo Archipelago, Mexico.
