Abstract:
This dataset describes the method used to collect plagioclase major element analyses on a Cameca SX-100 at Oregon State University's Electron Microprobe Laboratory. Analytes include SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Na2O, and K2O. Plagioclase were analyzed as 5-micron spots along transects with 5-micron spacing between spot centers.
