This data contains apatite, lawsonite, epidote, and garnet trace and rare earth element data from metasedimentary and metamafic rocks of the Catalina Schist on Catalina Island, CA, USA. These data were collected to characterize subduction-related chemical and mechanical processes at paleodepths corresponding to the base of the seismogenic zone
