Whole rock geochemistry for Lower Shuyak Formation, Kodiak Archipelago
Abstract:
Whole rock geochemical analyses were conducted for 36 basalt samples from the Lower Shuyak Formation. The Lower Shuyak Formation is an Upper Triassic sequence of pillow basalts exposed on the Kodiak Archipelago, Alaska. Analyses were conducted to characterize the unit for tectonic studies.
