Major and trace element data of samples from the Emeishan large igneous province and experimental specimens
Abstract:
The dataset includes bulk rock major and trace element compositions of pyroxenite and tephrite samples from the Emeishan large igneous province, which are used as starting materials for high-temperature and high-pressure experiments, and in-situ major and trace element compositions of synthetic glass and clinopyroxene. The methods include XRF, ICP-MS, EMP, and LA-ICPMS.
