Abstract:

This dataset includes the GPS locations of the samples along with their whole-rock major, trace, Sr-Nd isotopic, and mineral chemical data from the pegmatites and leucogranites of the Assam-Meghalaya Gneissic Complex, India. The sample locations fall near Dhubri Town, both north and south of the Brahmaputra River. The samples are Li-rich pegmatites, barren Garnet-bearing pegmatites, and two-mica granites. The values of reference materials for the chemical analyses and blank values for isotopic data are also provided. The data have been obtained to understand the genesis of these pegmatites and the controls on li enrichment.
