Representative in-situ LA-ICPMS chemical analyses for minerals in the studied highly metasomatized rock (rock name: GCB; sample name: SR43)
Abstract:
The dataset comprises of high precision geochemical data for trace elements with specific emphasis on the rare earth elements. Trace element concentrations in garnet were measured from rim-to-rim along the continuous line scans. Different textural positions of garnet (matrix garnet and vein garnet) in the stiudied samples yield distinct element concentrations and patterns for the normalized spider diagram. Few representative trace element data of other minerals in GCB paragenesis are also included for the implication of rare earth element mobility in the current study.
