Compilation of East Africa Soil Carbonate Stable Isotope Data

Creator(s):
Levin, Naomi E
Abstract:
This dataset is a compilation of published isotopic data from pedogenic carbonates from East Africa. The goal of this compilation is to make the large amount of pedogenic carbonate isotope data from East Africa accessible to various research communities. Isotopic data are included here if they are considered pedogenic and appropriate for reconstructing paleo-vegetation from δ13C values in the source publication. The data compilation does not include data from non-pedogenic carbonates.
