Influence of chemical weathering on the composition of the continental crust: Insights from Li and Nd isotopes in bauxite profiles developed on Columbia River Basalts
Fresh Columbia River Basalts, bauxites (weathered basalts), eolian dust samples were analyzed for major and trace elements, mineralogy, lithium and Nd isotopes to investigate chemical weathering of basalts and its influence on the composition of the continental crust.
